We're just two people who got a little too into coffee. It started with a cheap popcorn popper and a bag of green beans someone recommended in a forum thread, and it has slowly taken over a corner of the kitchen table.
Neither of us has any formal training — everything here comes from batches that went wrong, the occasional batch that went right, and comparing notes with each other until we agree on something worth writing down.
